There are a few ways you can tell whether or not an email you've received is genuine. Here's what to look for:
- Unusual email content - If an email doesn't look like something you've received from us before, or if the message doesn't seem to apply to you, it might not be from us - especially if the branding doesn't look right, or if the email content is poorly written. This is a good reason to double-check the sender email address and hover over links to check if the email is genuine.
- Sender email address - Emails from us will always come from emails that end in @brandedfinancial.com. We'll never send you an email from a public domain, e.g. @gmail.com.
If you think you've received a scam email, please forward it to enquiries@brandedfinancaial.com and we can check it for you.
Below are the types of emails we may send you from time-to-time. If you are still unsure, please call our friendly team for assistance on 1300 549 166
